Description
The Ivyuar pendant light pairs a handcrafted washi paper lampshade with a practical plug-in cable. Inspired by Japanese lanterns, it brings soft, warm lighting to bedrooms, living rooms and reading corners without ceiling wiring.
Made by hand from mulberry bark paper over a steel wire frame, the lampshade diffuses light evenly. Subtle variations in texture and small traces of glue along the edges are part of its handmade character.
The plug-in design allows the cable to run over a ceiling hook and connect to a standard socket, without a ceiling junction box or an electrician. An in-line switch makes everyday operation straightforward, offering a practical lighting option for rented bedrooms and student accommodation.
An included bulb produces warm, amber-toned light reminiscent of light passing through a shoji screen. Choose from the available lampshade dimensions to suit your space.
