Description
The Bexdale globe pendant light pairs a handcrafted Kozo mulberry paper lampshade with a white plug-in cord, bringing soft, diffused light to living rooms, bedrooms and dining spaces without a fixed ceiling electrical connection.
Inspired by Japanese paper lanterns and mid-century modernist design, its spherical shade conceals the bulb for a gentle glow. Choose a smaller globe for a reading corner or a larger diameter to create a focal point above a dining table.
The plug-in design lets you position the cord over a suitable ceiling hook and hang the globe at your preferred height. An inline push-button switch keeps everyday operation simple. The ceiling hook is required but not supplied.
Each globe is shaped and assembled by hand using a Chigiri gluing technique. Slight traces of glue may be visible along the paper edges; these are part of the handcrafted finish rather than a fault.
